Welcome to Turkish Bath Liverpool. By booking an appointment or using our facilities, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Bookings & Appointments

    •    Bookings are subject to availability.

    •    We recommend arriving at least 10–15 minutes before your appointment time to allow for check-in and preparation.

    •    Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time to avoid disruption to other guests.

Cancellation Policy

    •    We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes.

    •    Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in loss of deposit or full treatment charge.

    •    Failure to attend an appointment without notice may result in full payment being charged.

Health & Medical Conditions

    •    Guests must inform staff of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, pregnancy, or health concerns before treatments begin.

    •    Certain treatments may not be suitable for some medical conditions.

    •    Turkish Bath Liverpool reserves the right to refuse treatment where it may not be safe or appropriate.

5. Spa & Facility Use

    •    Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other visitors at all times.

    •    We ask all guests to maintain appropriate noise levels to preserve a relaxing environment.

    •    Use of our facilities, including steam rooms, showers, and lounge areas, is at your own risk.

    •    Fresh towels, lockers, and changing facilities are provided for guest convenience.

Personal Belongings

    •    Lockers are provided for personal belongings during your visit.

    •    Turkish Bath Liverpool cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items brought onto the premises.

    •    We recommend leaving valuables at home where possible.

Age Restrictions

    •    Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult unless otherwise agreed in advance.

    •    Some treatments may only be available to guests aged 18 and over.

Gift Vouchers & Promotions

    •    Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

    •    Promotional offers and discounts cannot always be used in conjunction with other offers unless stated otherwise.

    •    Expiry dates apply to selected offers and vouchers.

Hygiene & Safety

    •    For the comfort and safety of all guests, appropriate swimwear or disposable garments may be required in certain areas or treatments.

    •    Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be refused entry or treatment.

    •    We reserve the right to refuse service where behaviour is inappropriate or unsafe.

Liability

    •    Treatments and use of facilities are undertaken at the guest’s own risk.

    •    Turkish Bath Liverpool will not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or allergic reaction unless caused by proven negligence.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

Turkish Bath Liverpool reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be available on our website or upon request.
